Make sure the control unit is powered off.
Check to ensure that both connections are secure.

Which version do you have?
There are two versions of the header tank. If you purchased the system before 20th Septermber 2017 you will have two sensor switches in the header tank.
If it was later than 20th September 2017 you will have a sensor bar in the header tank.
Beneath is an image of both, please select which model you have :[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_single_image image="1205" img_size="medium" alignment="center" style="vc_box_shadow_3d"][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_single_image image="1206" img_size="medium" alignment="center" style="vc_box_shadow_3d"][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_btn title="Pre Sept 2017" style="3d" align="center" link="url:https%3A%2F%2Frainhub.co.uk%2Fheader-tank-is-overflowing-cat-5-v-1%2F|title:Header%20Tank%20is%20Overflowing%20%E2%80%93%20Cat%205-V1||"][/vc_column][vc_column width="1/2"][vc_btn title="After Sept 2017" style="3d" align="center" link="url:https%3A%2F%2Frainhub.co.uk%2Fheader-tank-is-overflowing-cat-5-v2%2F|title:Header%20Tank%20is%20Overflowing%20%E2%80%93%20Cat%205-V2||"][/vc_column][/vc_row]
