All pumps are electrically tested before they leave the production line.

With some installations of the pump, the power socket could be either inside the tank turret or within the property.

Please check the following :

Check the Power Connection

Visually check the socket that the pump is either hard wired or plugged into. Whether it is in the tank or within the property check to make sure that there is no water ingress in the socket.

If the socket is in the tank it must be a waterproof connection box (IP 67 rated).
