Please note that any Rain Directors after May 2017 ( Product Code with V2 ) do not have fuses within the control unit.

Please check the following :

Power Pack

Check the power pack, this is a 12v 1.5 amp ac/dc adaptor, these are common adaptors so you may have one for another appliance within the home that you can use to test.

If this works then you can either contact us for a replacement power pack or you will be able to purchase one from any electrical wholesaler.
