Check water level. Check to see if the header tank is empty or whether it is more than half full. Is the header tank empty or over half full? EmptyMore than half full
Check Float Switches. Inside the Header Tank there are two float switches. Please check that both switches move freely and there is no debris or swarf stopping them from lifting up and down. Go back to the control panel and press the 'Rain Drop' button. Did this fix the problem? YESNO
Restart Control Unit. The mains water solenoid valve may be stuck open. Please switch off the control unit, wait 10 seconds and then power up the unit again. This will reset the solenoid valves. Did this fix the problem? YESNO
