Check mains water bypass.

Open the left hand door on the Rain Director Control unit.

You will see several pipes and one of the pipes splits into two pipes, this is the mains water feed.

On the left hand pipe ( of the two ) you will see a quarter turn valve with arrows on it. Please check to make sure that the valve is closed i.e arrows pointing left and right.

If the valve is open ( arrows pointing up and down ) please close the valve.
